Construction of a quality evaluation system for perioperative nursing care in abdominal surgery for AIDS patients

Abstract  Objective：To construct a perioperative nursing quality evaluation system for abdominal surgery for patients with Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome （AIDS）.Methods：Through literature study，experience summary，and semi-structured interviews，a first draft was developed，and the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence inquiries with 18 experts.Results：The effective recovery rate of the 2-rounds of expert consultation was 100%，the expert authority coefficients were 0.858 and 0.823，and Kendall′s W values were 0.195 and 0.194 （P<0.001）. A perioperative nursing quality evaluation system for abdominal surgery for AIDS patients was constructed with 3 first-level indicators，13 second-level indicators，and 78 three-level indicators. Conclusions：The constructed perioperative nursing quality evaluation system for abdominal surgery for AIDS patients meets clinical requirements and is feasible.
