Abstract Objective：To summarize the best evidence for the evaluation，prevention，and management of nausea and vomiting in adult hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （HSCT） patients，and provide scientific reference for clinical nursing work.Methods：To search BMJ，Up To Date，the Evidence Based Health Care Research Center of the Joanna Briggs Institute （JBI） in Australia，the United States Guide Network （NGC），the National Institute of Health and Clinical Optimization （NICE） in the United Kingdom，Yimaitong，the National Comprehensive Cancer Network （NCCN） in the United States，the American Society of Hematology，the Multinational Society for Cancer Support Therapy，the Chinese Clinical Oncology Society，the Cochrane Library，PubMed，EMbase，CINAHL Web of Science，CNKI，WanFang Database，and select documents that met the standards.Two researchers conducted quality evaluation，evidence extraction，and integration of the literature.Results：A total of 14 articles of evidence were identified，including 7 guidelines and 7 expert consensus.From six dimensions，namely，general principles，risk assessment，intervention strategies，medication management，and education and training，a total of 25 pieces of best evidence were summarized.Conclusion：This study summarizes the best evidence for nursing management of nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation，providing evidence-based evidence for clinical medical personnel to carry out nausea and vomiting care.Medical personnel should select and apply the best evidence based on clinical realities and patient wishes.
