耳穴疗法治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的Meta分析

Abstract Objective：To systematically review the clinical effects of auriculotherapy for cognitive dysfunction after stroke.Methods：The related literature about auriculotherapy for cognitive dysfunction after stroke were searched from the CNKI，VIP，WanFang Database，CBM，PubMed，the Cochrane Library，Web of Science.The retrieval time was from the inception to November 1，2022.After independent literature screening，data extraction and quality assessment by two researchers，RevMan 5.4.1 was used for Meta-analysis.Results：A total of 678 patients from 9 studies were included，and the Meta-analysis results showed that the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group［OR=4.21，95%CI（2.56，6.90），P<0.000 01］;the scores of the Mini-Mental State Scale［MD=2.80，95% CI（1.52，4.08），P<0.000 01］，Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale［MD=3.06，95%CI（2.32，3.81），P<0.000 01］，and Barthel Index Scale［MD=6.18，95%CI（4.03，8.33），P<0.000 01］ were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group.Conclusion：Current evidence shows that auriculotherapy can improve the cognitive function and quality of life of patients with cognitive dysfunction after stroke.
