地方型民办高校物流管理专业人才培养问题探究

——以湖北师范大学文理学院为例

摘  要：文章以湖北省某民办高校物流管理专业人才培养为研究对象，从教学体系、课程体系、教学团队、实践教学等多方面探讨地方型民办高校物流管理专业创新人才培养路径，分析当前存在的问题，并提出人才培养的实践路径，以期为此类高校物流管理专业教学改革和培养模式探索提供新思路。

Abstract： Taking the training system of logistics management professionals in a private normal college in Hubei Province as the research object， this paper discusses the training path of innovative talents in logistics management in local private colleges and universities from many aspects， such as teaching system， curriculum system， teaching team， and practical teaching， analyzes the current problems， and puts forward the practical path of talent training， in order to provide new ideas for the teaching reform and training mode exploration of logistics management in such universities.
