基于ADDIE模型的《配送管理实务》课程混合式教学模式研究

摘 要:文章基于ADDIE模型,研究《配送管理实务》课程的混合式教学模式,从教学分析阶段、教学设计阶段、教学开发阶段、教学实施阶段和教学评价阶段五个方面展开。结合疫情背景下,对物流配送人才提出的新要求,优化课程资源,提升教学质量,培养物流配送企业所需的高素质、高技能、创新型人才。

Abstract: Based on the ADDIE model, this paper studies the mixed teaching mode of the course "distribution management practice" from five aspects: Teaching analysis stage, teaching design stage, teaching development stage, teaching implementation stage and teaching evaluation stage. Combining with the new requirements for logistics distribution talents in the context of the epidemic situation, higher vocational schools are required to optimize the curriculum resources, improve the teaching quality, and cultivate the professional high-quality and high skills required by logistics distribution enterprises innovative talents.
