摘 要:教育部积极推进新工科建设,鼓励各类高校积极组织开展新工科研究与实践,培养实践能力强、创新能力强、具备国际竞争力的高素质复合型新工科人才。考虑到传统工科专业所面临的专业工程能力及经管复合能力不足的双重挑战,文章针对交通工程专业人才培养模式提出了一些新工科背景下的改革和探索方法。

Abstract: The Ministry of Education actively promotes the emerging engineering education and encourages universities to attempt and research bravely in related areas. Then the high
-quality emerging engineering talents with strong practical ability, innovation ability, and international competitiveness could be cultivated. Traditional engineering students usually have insufficient professional engineering ability and couldn't deal with the challenges coupled with economy and management as well. In this regard, this paper proposed some reforms to the training mode for traffic engineering major students.
