农村快递取件二次收费的现状及对策研究

摘 要：随着电商行业的发展，农村快递业务快速发展，然而农村快递取件二次收费问题却给消费者带来了困扰。针对此现象，文章分析了农村快递取件二次收费的现状，并结合其原因和农村快递网点运营的SWOT分析提出了对应建议，以期为快递行业的可持续发展提供理论借鉴。

Abstract： With the development of e-commerce， rural express delivery has experienced rapid growth. However， the issue of second delivery fee for rural express delivery has caused difficulties. This paper analyzes the current situation of second delivery fee for rural express delivery， and proposes relevant suggestions by combining its reasons and SWOT analysis of rural express delivery store operation， in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of express delivery industry.
