物流企业内部控制研究

——以A公司为例

摘 要：近年来，随着物流行业的发展，物流企业也不断发展壮大，在国民经济中的地位也越来越重要。由于我国物流行业起步较晚，在其发展进程中，还存在着诸多问题。其中，物流企业在内部控制方面还存在着较为严重的问题，文章以A物流公司为例，针对A公司内部控制存在的问题进行分析并提出了改善措施和建议。

Abstract： In recent years， with the development of the logistics industry， logistics enterprises also continue to develop and grow， and the position in the whole national economy is becoming more and more important. Due to the late start of China's logistics industry， there are still many problems. Among them， the problems existing in the internal control are the most serious. This paper selects A Company as an example to analyze the existing problems and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
