融合金融科技的创新型供应链金融人才培养模式探索

摘  要：通过对供应链金融领域人才培养现状的分析，结合创新型人才培养理论基础，对“四新建设”格局下融合金融科技的供应链金融领域多层次创新型专业人才的培养途径和方法进行探索。

Abstract： This study focuses on the innovative talent training question in consistent with the“four new construction”. To this end， we first analyze the status quo of talent training in the supply chain finance. Then， together with the theories of training innovative talents， we explore the training model of multi-level innovative talents under the integration of supply chain finance and financial technology， as well as the specific routes of training.
