成品油供应链数字化转型探究

摘  要：文章主要结合国内成品油供应链管理现状，应用大数据、云计算和人工智能等新技术、新理念探索成品油供应链数字化转型路径，通过建立成品油供应链数字化平台，重塑供应链流程，有效应对复杂严峻的内外部市场环境，为成品油物流企业高质量发展注入新动能，实现企业可持续发展。

Abstract： In this paper， we combine the domestic current situation of the refined oil supply chain management， application of big data， cloud computing and artificial intelligence， etc. New technology， new ideas to explore digital product oil supply chain transformation path， through the establishment of refined oil supply chain digital platform， reshape the supply chain process， effectively cope with complicated severe internal and external market environment， inject new momentum for high quality refined oil logistics enterprise development， to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.

  在贸易全球化的大背景下，国内成品油市场开放进程加快，市场竞争异常激烈，外资、民营、一体化的独立炼厂相继而生，均在和石油、石化等主营角逐市场份额，尤其新冠疫情全球爆发后，国际原油价格低位震荡给石油行业带来了前所未有的冲击，石油企业生存和发展面临着严峻的挑战和考验。（剩余4363字）
