鼠尾草水醇提取物提取工艺优化及抗氧化活性研究

Abstract:ToeficientlyevelopntioxidantomponentsfromSaluiafcindlisLinnndevauatetheirctivityaetodadoted in which the DPPHfreeradical scavengingratewasusedasanindicator.Theultrasonic-asisted extractionprocesswasoptimized throughsinglefactorexperimentsandoogonaltests.Meanhile,invitroexperimentswereconductedtoessteantioidanac tivity of S offcinalis extractandcompare it with thatofvitamin C(VC).Basedonthis,a study wascarredoutontheextraction process and antioxidant activity of S⋅ offcinalis extract.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were amaterial-to-liquidratioof1:6O,anextraction timeof9minutes,anextraction powerof4Oo W,andanethanolconcentrationof 90 % .Underthese conditions,theDPHfreeradicalscavengingrateoftheextractreachedamaximumof98.8%.Inviroexperimentsshowedthatthe ABTS free radical scavenging ability of S officinalisextract was close to that of VC(IC 50 =0.057mg mL-1 ),but its scavenging abilities forDPPH(IC5=O.053mg·mL-1)andsuperoxideanionradicals(IC5=1.09mg·mL1)weremuchlowerthanthoseofVc.Inconclusion, S.ofcindlisextractexibitscertainantioxidantactivitywithvaringantioxdantcapacitycrossdiferentfrerdicalsystes.he optimized extraction process can effectively extract antioxidant components from S officinalisproviding a theoretical basis for its targeted application in functional antioxidant products.
