调环酸钙对库尔勒香梨新稍生长、叶片发育和果实品质的影响

Abstract：Inordertostudytheregulatoryefectofprohexadione-calciumonthegrowthanddevelopmentofKorlafragrantpearand itsefectonfruitqualityfiveconcentrationsofprohexadionecaliumweresprayedontheshootsofKorlafragantpearat25days afterflowering，andwaterwasusedasthecontroltoexplrethefectsofdiferentconcentrationsofprohexadionecaliuonthe shoots，eavesandfruitalityofKorlafragantpearTesultssowedtatompardithtewaterontrol，rentcoctatios of prohexadione-calciumhadaninibitoryfectonthegrowthofnewshotsofKorlafragrantpear.Amongtemaftersprayng50 mg⋅L-1 prohexadione -′ calcium，the changeof new shoot diameter wassignificantly higher than that of water control.After spraying 100-400 mg·L-1 prohexadione calcium，the change of shoot diameter was significantly lowerthan that of water control.Compared with the clear water control，the prohexadione - calcium could regulate the leaves，and the leaf quality，leaf area and SPAD value were increased.Among them，after spraying 400mg⋅L-1 prohexadione - calcium，the leaf area and single leaf mass were the highest at 5 concentrations.Compared with thecontrol，the fruit indexof single fruit weight increased.Among them，afterspraying 400mg⋅L-1 prohexadionecalcium，thesinglefruit weight，solublesolidscontentandVCcontentwerethemaximumat5concentrations.Insuary prohexadione-calciumcanbeselectedasan inhibitor to regulate branch growth inproduction，andtheregulationeffectof 400mg⋅L-1 （20 prohexadione-calcium concentration is better.
