生物炭对硒镐高背景区域稻田富硒水稻生产的影响

Abstract:Inorder toexploretheefectofbiocharontheproductionofselenu-enrichedriceandtheunderlying mechanisms npaddyfieldswithhighlevelsofbackgroundseleniumandcadmium,thisstudyanalyzedriceyield,aswellastheselenmandcdmium contentofrice,underdifrentlevelsofiocharapplication.Changesintephysicochemicalpropertiesofpddysoil,theactiveele niumandcadmiumcontentofsoil,andthemorphologyofseleniumandcadmiumwerealsoexamiedthroughafeldplotexperiment. Theresults showed that applying biochar at level BC2 significantly increased theyieldof rice by 6.2% ,while increasing the selenium contentofbrowiceanddecreasing theadmumcontent.BiocharaplicationincreasedsoilpH,organicmaercontent,quick-actingphosporusandcationexchangecapacityinlinewithincreasedbiomassadition.Biocharapplicationincreasedthecontentofsoil seleniuminitsefectivestatewhiledecreasingthecontentofsoilcadmiuminitsefectivestate.TheBC3treatmentincreasedthecontentof soil selenium in its effective state by 118.3% anddecreased the content of soil cadmiumin itseffective state by 20.2% : Biochar application increased the proportion of soil water ⋅- soluble and exchangeable selenium,while decreasing the proportion of soil Fe/Mnoxideound,andoanicaeround,swellassidalselenm.egreatestectasbsedonwatebled exchangeable selenium,with coefficientsof variation between treatments of 21.4% and 34.0% .Biochar application could transform soilcadmiumforsintooxidisableandresidualstates.Insummaryapplyinganappropriateamountofbiocharcansignificantlyncreaserice yieldandachievethegoalsofriceselenium enrichmentandcadmiumreduction.BC2isthemost efectivetreatmentfor producing selenium-enriched, safe rice inselenium-contaminated farmland.
