基于林下大球盖菇种植的林业废弃物资源化利用及菌渣返林对盐碱土的改良效应

Abstract:Inordertodevelopanewwayofresourceutlztionofforestrywaste,weusedforestrywasteasthemainsubstratematerial fortheundegrowthoftrophariarugosoanulata.Weanalyzedtheefectsofforestrywasteresourceutiztiononsoilchemicalproperties,mainenzymeactivies,ndtenumberofsoilculturablemicroorgaisms.TeresultsshowedthatpHandtotalsaltcotentin thesoilsampleofforestrywasteretuedtoforestafteruseofStrophariarugosonnulataplanted(GW)andthesoilsamplesofdirect return of forest wastes(FT)were significantly lower( P <0.05) than those of the original control soil samples (YT),while soil organic matter,soil available potassium and soil ammonium nitrogen were significantly increased( P <0.05). Except for catalase,the activities of four soil enzymes were significantly increased ( P* <0.05).The abundance of soil culturable microbial species increased in the soil sampleofforestryasteetudtoforstafteuseoftroriarugosoulataplanted(GW),withacteriaeingteighstfollodby actinomyetesandfungibeingtelowest.Comparedwithtecontrolsoil(T),thenumberofculturablebacteriainthesoilwaignificantlyincreased(P FT > YT. In conclusion,soilcemicalpropertisndectivitisweretized,ichidicatedtattheorestasteadaosiifect onsoilimprovemenafterbeing plantedintheudersideofthemushroom.Theresultsprovideanewwayfortheresourceutilizationof forestwastebased onthe cultivationof edible fungiunder the forest.
