Abstract:ToidentifythepathogenspeciescausingstrawberyanthracnoseinZhengzouandscreenefectivefungicidesfordisease controlplantsinfectedwithstrawberryanthracnosewerecolectedfrommajorstrawberrygrowingareasinZhongmucounty, Zhengzhoucityhathogensereiated,culured,dentifid,oughmorphologicalcaracterizationndmolecularalyis,followedbypathogenicitytests.Eightcommonlyusedfungicideswereselectedtodeterminetheirvitrosensitivityagainsttheisolated Coletotrichumstrains,andteircontrolficacyasfurtherevaluatedbypotexperiments.Thersultsdemonstratedthatthecusalagentofstrawberranthracnosein ZhengzhouwasColltotrichumsiamensewitintheColltotrichumgloeosporioidesspciescomplex. Sensitivity tests revealed that the isolated C.siamense strain exhibited the highest susceptibility to 450 g⋅L-1 prochloraz,with a mean EC 150 value of 0.311 4 μo⋅mL-1 ,followed by difenoconazole (EC5o=14.75 μc⋅mL-1 ) and trifloxystrobin-tebuconazole (EC5o=50.408 1 μg⋅mL-1) .Pot experiments showed that 40% difenoconazole provided the optimal control efficacy,followed by 450 g⋅L-1 prochloraz and 75% trifloxystrobin-tebuconazole.In conclusion, 450g⋅L-1 prochloraz, 40% difenoconazole,and 75% trifloxystrobin-tebuconazole could serve as effective agents for managing strawberry anthracnose in Zhengzhou.
