Establishment of Rapid Multiplication System for Tissue Culture of Cornus hongkongensis subsp.elegans RUAN Shuming,LAI Shigan, ZHOU Xianzhen

Abstract:InordertoestablisharapidpropagationsystemforCornusflorida,tisseculturemethodswereused.Thestudyinvolved screenigsterilizationmethdsforstemsegmentexplantsofCorusflordandinvestigatingtheefectsofdiferentconcentratinsof hormonesNAAandBAoallsiuction,uddfrentiatio,oungleafproliferationdotigTeresultsidiatedtste ilization with 0.1% HgCl2 for 12 minuteswas optimal.Callus induction was most effectivewith M IS+1.0mg⋅L-16-BA+0.2mg⋅L-1 NAA, reaching a 90% induction rate after 40 days.Bud differentiation from callus was best promoted by MS+2.O mg·L -1 6-BA+0.2 mg·L-1 NAA. Shoot proliferation from sterile young leaves was highest with MS+1.O mg·L-1 NAA+0.5 mg·L-16-BA.Root induction was best in MS+0.5 mg·L-1 IBA,however,the induced roots were prone to browning,necessitating timely subculture onto a rejuvenationmediumIncondusion,thisstudyprovidesatechnicalfoundtionforthelarge-scalepropagatinofthisspecies,whichisof great significance for its resource development and industrial application.

山茱萸科(Cornaceae)四照花属(Dendrobenthamia)植物,其头状花序近似球形,拥有4片大型白色花瓣状苞片,成熟时果实肉质呈红色,使其成为备受推崇的观花观果树种,是具有较好经济效益的乡土树种,同时在森林生态系统中也发挥着重要的生态效益[2-3],在园林绿化、果用和药用等方面都有良好的发展前景4。(剩余9354字)
