Preparationand Analysisof Reference Samples for Flue-cured Tobacco Roughnest

Abstract:Inordertoachieveintuitiveandhighlyefcientguidanceforthesortingoftobaccleavesofvaryinggrades,thisstudied commencedwithanin-depthdisetionoftheconceptualdefinitionofleafstructureinthenationaltandardqualityfactorsofflue-ured tobaco.Itegatingteactualcumsancsoftbacoleafsortingpeatiosthatrbutefctorofeafstructurenamelyess, wascarefullselectedanddetermined.Primary-curedtobaccoleavesfromthreecitiesinHenanprovincewereselectedasthetest samples.Acomprehensivesuiteofmethodsinsensoryanalysistechniques,includingtherankingmethod,Friedmantest,ultiple comparison,and descriptive analysis,were employed. The roughness of flue cured tobacco was painstakingly classified into seven distinctgrades:fin,elativelyin,sligtlyne,medm,slightlyough,elativelyough,andoughubsequentlyyicalece sampleswerefabricatedTheresultsrevealedthat theseroughnessreferencesamplescouldefectivelydistinguish tobacoleavswith diferentroughnesscharacterisics.ediferencsamongchgadeereotolysignificantbutalsostisticallyverifiableoeove tobaccoleaveswithdiferentroughnesslevelsexhibitednoticeabledisparitiesinsensory-evaluationquality,followingcertain discerniblepattrs.Duringthepracticalprocessoftobacoleafsorting,theroughessreferencesamplesdemonstratedrearkable applicabilityandperability.Inconclusionthereferencesamplsdeveloedintisstudyofervitalteoreticalsupportforaprofound understandingand preciseinterpretationoftheroughnessconept withinthequalityfactorsofleaf-surfacestructure.Theyalsoplaya pivotal role in effectively guiding industrial-scale tobacco leaf sorting operations.

我国烤烟分级标准从20世纪50年代的地方性标准(16级、10级、9级、17级等)到中华人民共和国国家标准(下文简称国标)15级,再到20世纪90年代初建立的以成熟度、叶片结构、身份、油分、色度5个外观品质因素为主要分级依据的烤烟42级国标分级技术体系,从将烟收购发展到目前的专业化分级、散叶收购,不管是收购等级数量的变化还是收购方式的变化,都是为了提高烟叶的等级质量。(剩余6419字)
