Abstract：Tofullleveragetheimportantroleof enancementandreleaseinrestoringthepopulationsizeofaquaticorganisms inthe OujiangRiver，whileimprovethescientificityandstandardizationofstocknhancement.Throughliteraturereviewandfieldrseach， andutilizingdescriptivestatisticalmethodsbasedonmacrodata，thisstudysystematicallyanalyzdthecurrntstatusinLsuifro 2021to2023.Teresultsshowdthat：（1）atotalof31.42914milionindividualsofaquaticorganismswerereleasedwithatotalinvestmentof11.7963mlonyuanfrom21t3inlsui.（2）Atotalof23specieswerereleased，incuding18spiesoffish speciesofampbians，2speciesofcustaceans，and1speciesofturtles.（3）Mostof thereleasedindividualsmeasured3-5cm，and thereleaseperiodwasconcentratedinJune.Inconclusion，basedontheanalysisofthecurentsituationofstockenhancementin Lishui，theselectio，speifcatios，fectevaluationofeleasdspecisinstockehancementactivitisinLshufrot needtobefurterimproved.Teutherproposes tocarryoutstockehancements inaccordanceithlocalconditions，iodertoimprove the effectiveness of stock enhancement.
