Abstract:Toinvestigateteefectsofsalttresonhehysiolgicalgowthofplantsandsrnforsuperiorsalttolerantspeies,we conductedanexperimentusingfourindsofPennisetum(PensetumsetacemubrumennisetumalopecuroidesLitleBuy Penisetumdlopeurodesousui',esetulopecurodesreeindsofisantus(scatussinesisregatussct hussinensis,Miscntussinensisianu)andoeindofPanicumgaum,toveatetefectsofsalttrssoeioloicalgrowthofplants.Withthesalt-freetreatmentastecontrol,teplanthight,leafwatercontent,prolinecontet(Pro),alodialdehyde(MDA)content,superoxidedismutase(SOD)activitycatalase(CAT)activityweremeasuredunderdiferentsaltcocetration treatments ( 0.2% , 0.4% , 0.6% , 0.8% , 1.0% , 1.2% ).Themembership function method wasadopted tocomprehensively evaluate theirsalttolerance.Thesalttreatmetducdtelantheight,leafwatercontent,SOctiityandCActiityandicasdo tentsofProandMDA.Thesalttoleranceof theeightplantmaterialswasintheorderofPensetumlopecuroidesRousui>Pnisetum alopecuroides Little Bunny Pennisetum setaceum Rubrum γ> Pennisetum alopecuroides >Miscanthus sinensis Variegatus'>Panicum virgatum>Miscanthus sinensis > Miscanthus sinensis Xianxu'.In conclusion,this study provides reference for the application of greening plants in urban saline-alkali soil.
