Evaluation of Environmental Ecotoxicology and Safety of 50% Dicyanoanthraquinone Suspension Agent

Abstract:Toasess theenvironmentalimpactofdichloanthraquinone,relevantregulatorydocumentsonchemicalpesticideevionmental evaluationandpesticideregistrationenvironmentalasessmentwereusedtoconductacutetoxicitytestsonmodelorganisms. The results showed that the 96-hour acute LC50 of 50% dicyanoanthraquinone suspension for zebrafish was determined to be O.057 2 mg·a.i. ⋅L-1 ,which was classified as highly toxic.The 48-hour acute ∠C450 of 50% dicyanoanthraquinone suspension for Daphnia magna was measured at 0.174 0mg⋅a.i.⋅L-1 ,also categorized as highly toxic.For quail of 50% dicyanoanthraquinone suspension,the acute oral LD 50 was calculated as 510.9mg⋅a.i.(kg⋅bw)-1 ,indicating low toxicity.However,long-term avian exposure risks of 50% (20 dicyanoanthraquinonesuspensionundersprayingscenarioswereidenifiedasunaceptable,leadingtoarecommendationthataPro hibited in Bird Sanctuaries"label be applied.Regarding silkworms,the 96-hour acute LO 50 was shown to exceed 2 000 mg*a.i. ⋅L-1 (low toxicity),but spray drift risks of 50% dicyanoanthraquinone suspension to mulberry trees necessitated a "Prohibited near sericulture facilitiesandmulberrygardens"advisoryInconclusion,theupdatingofaessmenttoolsandthesystematicevaluationofpesticide contaminationcharacteristicsandexposurelevelsareconsideredcriticalforsafetyenhancementandthestablishmentofsientficisk assessment models.
