Abstract:ExistingresearchprimarilyinordertoinvestigatetheefectsofsummerintercroppingwithAlbiziajulibrisinandheavy shadecoveronthesoilnutrientsstructureandteaqualityintea plantations,threetreatment groupsweresetup:intercropping with Albizia Julibrissin, 95% heavy shade and control(CK),and the soil and tea samples were collected on the Oth,4th,and 12th days afterthtreatsspielyilpncaettalticctitotsetedt andspectrophotometricmethods,andthesensoryqualityandphysicochemicalcompositions (teapolyphenols,aminoacids,phenolammoniaratio,etc.)ofthegreenandblackteawereanalyzedatthesame time.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatintercopping withsafloweracaciasignificantlyimprovedthephenol-ammoniaatiooftealeaves,freshnessandfreshnessandthehighest organolepticsores(9.8pointsforgenteaad92.8poitsfrblacktea).Intesofsolutrientssoiloganicmatetotalen andcationexchangewersignificantlyhgherinteintercroppngapproachtaninteothertreaments,andthecontentofquickacting potasiumandeffectivephosphorusalsoremainedhigh.Althoughtheheavyshademethodcould increasethefreeaminoacidcontent, thesoilnutrintsimprovementefectwasnotobvious.Inconcusion,theintereroppingofsaffonacaciapromotedthemetabolismof theteatrebyadjustingthesoilnutrientsstructureandmicroclimateenvironment,andsignificantlyimproedthequalityoftaeaves insummer,whichwasbeterthantatoftheconventionalshadingmethod.Ithefuture,weneedtofurtheroptimizetheintercopping densityandsadingmetod,exporeitsplicabilityinferentologicalteaardsndprovdetecicalsupportforesta able development of tea industry.
