Research on Equipment Configuration and Functional Optimization of Smart Training Laboratories for New Energy Vehicles

Abstract: With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry, the construction of new energy vehicle smart training labshas become a key link in cultivating professionals in related fields. This article delves into the equipment configuration and functionaloptimization of new energy vehicle smart training labs. It first analyzes the characteristics of new energy vehicle technology and theneeds for talent cultivation, then elaborates on the basic types of equipment that smart training labs should possess, including newenergy vehicle whole cars, battery management system training equipment, motor control system training equipment, etc., and providesdetailed explanations on the functions and key points of selection for each piece of equipment. On this basis, strategies for functionaloptimization are proposed, including the integration of intelligent teaching management systems, diversified design of training projects,interconnectivity and data sharing of equipment, to enhance the teaching effectiveness and resource utilization of the training labs, andto provide high-quality professional and technical talents for the new energy vehicle field.
