Design of High gloss Interior and Exterior Decoration Molds for Large and Complex Cars and Solution to Injection Defects

Abstract： Regarding the injection molding of large and complex automotive interior and exterior high gloss parts， due to poor materialfluidity and rapid cooling and heating of the mold， the appearance of the product is prone to appearance problems such as silver wire，material shortage， fusion line， and warping. Through analysis of the injection molding process， the injection molding， heating， cooling， andexhaust systems of the mold are optimized to solve the above-mentioned appearance problems， achieve the improvement of injectionmolding process and product quality， and increase the injection molding qualification rate to over 90%， providing reliable technicalreference for subsequent high gloss injection molding mold design.
