Preliminary Analysis of the Overall Design and Research on the Integrated Development of Chassis and Upper Assembly ofPure Electric Sanitation Vehicles
Abstract: In order to further improve the low fit and compatibility between the upper and lower chassis of new energy sanitationvehicles, and to achieve interconnection between the chassis and upper chassis in terms of structure, control, cooling, etc., it isnecessary to effectively change the situation where the upper chassis of sanitation vehicles is passively modified in multiple dimensionsto complete the production of the entire vehicle. By analyzing the installation requirements and full operating conditions of two majortypes of sanitation vehicles, namely road cleaning and garbage collection, an integrated design of “chassis+installation” is carriedout to achieve the integration of the entire vehicle structure, high-voltage system, thermal management system, control, and terminal.The core technology of chassis installation domain control is created to continuously improve the quality and performance of sanitationproducts, enhance market competitiveness and influence at the terminal.
