OBE驱动下文创工作室“三教”改革与探索

摘要：为了实现学生职业能力、职业素养的建构目标，以成果导向理念推动文创工作室的“三教”改革，通过教师责任化课程能力建构，教材融学生作品案例、企业案例活态化构建，教法手段齐头进，从而实现文创工作室【教-学】质量的有效提升。

Abstract：In order to achieve the goal of building students’ professional ability and accomplishment，promoting the "San Jiao" reform of the cultural and creative studio with the result-oriented concept，through the construction of teacher responsibility curriculum ability，teaching material integrating students’ work cases and enterprise cases into the dynamic construction，the teaching method both in hand. In this way，the quality of teaching and learning in the cultural and creative studio can be effectively improved.

OBE（Outcome-Based Education）即成果导向教育，该词首先由Spady（1981）所提出，其中成果（outcome）的重点不是指学生的课程分数，而是指学习课程结束后学生真正拥有的能力，达到做某事的能力水平。（剩余7777字）
