Research on the Production Quality Improvement of Power Grid Equipment based on Prospect Theory

Abstract: This paper constructs a power-grid equipment manufacturing quality evaluation system to tackle the under-researched link between manufacturing quality issues and operational faults. First,it uses result-oriented tracing to identify key manufacturing quality factors. Then, it combines expert interviews and literature reviews to build an evaluation index system.Next,it applies the DEMATELAHP method to reveal the interactions between quality elements. After that, it integrates prospect theory into the evaluation method.Finally,it uses GIS combined electrical appliances from a large power grid company as a case to verify the method's effectiveness. The results can accurately assess manufacturing quality and provide improvement directions,ofering a novel approach for enhancing power grid equipment manufacturing quality.
