Abstract： This paper uses the CiteSpace analysis tool to analyze the penetration mechanism of Confucian culture into Chinese corporate governance. The study finds that Confucian culture afects corporate govermance through two paths： in family firms，its ethics reinforces the advantages of relationship networks，but also brings the risk of transformation rigidity; In non-family enterprises，governance efficiency is improved by optimizing internal control，stimulating innovation，and strengthening social responsibility. Based on the visual analysis of the core of Peking University and CSSCI literature from 1998 to 2O24，the research in this field has increased exponentially after the implementation of the cultural strategy in 2O2O，forming a policy-driven boom. The network of core scholars has shown a trend of clustering，and coastal universities such as South China University of Technology have become important research centers.The keyword analysis confirms the dual-track role of "family governance" and "cultural construction"，and highlights the cuting-edge issues such as "internal control" and "enterprise innovation" in the context of digital transformation. The study points out that Confucian culture faces both challenges and governance potential in the process of globalization and digitalization，and it is necessary to deepen the integration of cultural genes and technology and build a quantitative evaluation system in the future.Despite the limitations of the database，this study reveals the coupling logic of traditional culture and modern corporate governance through dynamic graphs，and provides theoretical support for the transformation of cultural soft power.
