Abstract：Newquality productivityis an important driving force to promote theconstruction modern ice snow sports industry system. Byusing the methods literature review logical analysis，this study discusses the internal logic practical path the modern ice snowsports industrysystem construction enabled by new quality productivity.Theresearch concludes that intellgence，green integration aretheconnotation characteristics the modernice snow sports industry system，the new quality productivity promotes the construction the system by the deep integration data reality，green low carbon transformation， efficient allocation factors. However，there are also practical constraints such as insufficient support for digital innovation，delayed green low -carbon transformation process， low level integration resources elements in the ice snow sports industry.Based onthis，the following practical pathsare proposed：deepen the innovationapplication digital technology，consolidate thebasicconstruction thedigitalicesnow sports industry；continue to promotethe “dual carbon” transformation strengthen the impetus forthe green low-carbon transformation the industry; break down thebariers to the integration resource elements build acollborative mechanism for the ice

snow sportsindustry ecosystem.
