Abstract：Accelerating the digital transformation sports goods manufacturing enterprises isan inevitablechoice to proactivelyadapt to thenew round technological revolutionand industrial transformation.Basedon the TOE theory， this research adopts research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to deeply analyze the action logic digital transformation sportsgoods manufacturing enterprises from the technical dimension，organizational dimensionand environmental dimension，that is，transforming the development mode enterprises through technology aplication andcostreductionand efficiency improvement；optimizing the organizational structure enterprises through tool application and value creation；transforming the growth momentum enterprises through adapting to conditionsand leading the industry.The research finds that the constraints and predicaments digital transformation for sports goods manufacturing enterprises under the TOE theoretical framework aremainlyreflected in the following aspects：there arebariers to technological integrationand insufficientcore innovation momentum；the strategicgoals theenterpriseareambiguous，andthe internal driving force isweak；the market development hasrepeatedly encountered botlenecks，and theguidance from theexternal environment lags behind.Basedon this，theresearch proposestherealizationpath digital transformation forsports goods manufacturing enterprisesunder the TOE theoretical framework：driving digital technologicalinnovation andactivatingtheintrinsicpowerdata value; formulating adigital transformation strategyand shaping a digital organizational ecosystem；creatingastable market environment and building a digital benchmark model.
