基于IRIS的铁道机车专业实践教学模式研究

摘 要：实践教学是高职铁道机车专业主要面向铁路机车运用、检修部门一线岗位重要的组成部分。本文分析了铁道机车专业实践教学的现状，依据就业目标岗位的技能要求和岗位作业标准，对基于IRIS的铁道机车专业实践教学模式进行了研究。

Research on Practice Teaching Mode of Railway Locomotive Specialty Based on IRIS

Abstract：Practice teaching is an important part of the railway locomotive specialty of higher vocational education， which is mainly oriented to the first-line posts in the railway locomotive operation and maintenance department. This paper analyzes the current situation of the professional practical teaching of railway locomotives， and studies the professional practical teaching mode of railway locomotives based on IRIS according to the skill requirements and job standards of the employment target positions.
