地铁工程设计阶段造价控制措施分析

摘 要：地铁工程是一项建设成本大、投资回收慢的大型基础设施建设项目，高昂的造价已经制约了地铁工程的可持续发展，如何有效控制工程造价成为工程建设者关心的问题。本文结合地铁工程设计阶段工作内容和工程程序，从技术和管理两个维度详细分析了设计阶段造价控制措施。

Analysis of Cost Control Measures in the Design Stage of Metro Engineering

Abstract：The subway project is a large-scale infrastructure construction project with high construction cost and slow investment recovery. The high cost has restricted the sustainable development of the subway project. How to effectively control the project cost has become a concern of the project builders. This article combines the work content and engineering procedures of the subway engineering design stage， and analyzes the cost control measures in the design stage in detail from the two dimensions of technology and management.
