石油勘探企业物资供应标准化管理策略分析
【摘要】 石油勘探企业在发展中主要的问题集中在物资供应以及日常管理方面。由于石油勘探工作中需要的物资较多,因此在物资的供应环节中会消耗企业较大的成本,很有可能会造成企业内部资金链出现断裂。因此,石油勘探企业应通过对物资供应体系的优化,建立标准化的管理模式,采用有效手段保证成本控制。

Analysis of Standardization Management Strategy of Material Supply in Petroleum Exploration Enterprises

Abstract: The main problems in the development of oil exploration companies are concentrated in the supply of materials and daily management. Due to the large amount of materials required in oil exploration work,the company will consume a relatively large cost in the supply of materials,and it is likely to cause a break in the company's internal capital chain. Therefore,oil exploration companies should optimize the material supply system,establish a standardized management model,and adopt effective means to ensure effective cost control.
