故障诊断技术在数控机床维修中的标准化应用
【摘要】 数控机床在正常运行过程中会出现不同类型的故障,而将故障诊断技术灵活应用到数控机床维修中,可以帮助技术维修人员对故障进行精准的判断,并诊断出故障的具体发生位置,这样不仅可以提高故障维修效率,还能保证数控机床长期处于稳定运行中。

Standardized Application of Fault Diagnosis Technology in the Maintenance of CNC Machine Tools

Abstract: Numerical control machine tools will have different types of faults during normal operation. The flexible application of fault diagnosis technology to the maintenance of CNC machine tools can help technical maintenance personnel to accurately judge the fault and diagnose the specific location of the fault. It can not only improve the efficiency of fault maintenance,but also ensure that the CNC machine tool is in stable operation for a long time.
