1 系统建设的必要性

检验检测认证机构大多是以各类检验检测认证活动和科研活动为主的数据密集型机构，这类机构在日常工作中积累了大量的显性和隐性数据，包括各个层级的科研课题、论文、专利、标准、奖励、研究成果等，这些都是极其宝贵的数据和知识资源。（剩余3723字）
