【摘要】 大型复杂项目具有项目周期较长、项目规模较大、干系人构成复杂等特点，所以项目建设过程中管理质量问题和产品质量问题发生的概率及产生的影响也随之增加。本文将从规划质量管理、管理质量、控制质量等几个方面，阐述项目建设过程中如何做好质量管理。

Abstract： Large-scale and complex projects have the characteristics of long project cycle，large project scale，complex stakeholder composition，etc. Therefore，the probability and impact of management quality problems and product quality problems in the process of project construction also increase. This article will explain how to do a good job in quality management in the process of project construction from the aspects of planning quality management，management quality and quality control.
