混合功率器件动态仿真分析及驱动优化方法

【摘 要】文章针对SiC及IGBT混合并联功率器件进行仿真分析,研究混合功率器件动态开关特性,通过优化SiC及IGBT的控制方式降低开关损耗,进一步在控制方式上进行优化,达到更理想的动态特性,并进行仿真验证。

【Abstract】Simulate and analyze SiC and IGBT hybrid parallel power devices,study the dynamic switching characteristics of hybrid power devices,reduce switching losses by optimizing the control methods of SiC and IGBT,further optimize the control methods to achieve more ideal dynamic characteristics,and confirm through simulation verification.
