汽车低压线束布置浅析

【摘  要】针对汽车上装载的电器件数量增加导致的整车低压线束质量增加，文章遵循线束布置原则，介绍低压线束拓扑设计以及跨越动静态的线束段布置，为低压线束布置提供参考。

【Abstract】In view of the increase in the weight of the vehicle low-voltage wiring harness due to the increase in the number of electrical components loaded on the vehicle，this paper introduces the topology design of the low-voltage wiring harness and the layout of the wiring harness segment across the dynamic and static， which provides reference for the low-voltage wiring harness layout of the vehicle.

随着节能减排、动力性、驾驶舒适性及便利性的需求，混合动力、电动汽车、自动驾驶等技术的应用，汽车上装载的电器件数量已近300个，低压线束的质量从10kg增加到20kg以上，部分车型可能达到40kg以上。（剩余3953字）
