某燃油车低温冷机怠速抖动的分析与优化

【摘  要】某燃油车在寒冷的条件下(-20℃以下),冷机怠速时整车异常抖动,经排查为发动机右悬置胶料低温结晶导致刚度异常变大,悬置隔振性能恶化引起整车抖动,通过优化悬置胶料的配方(将原配方的丁苯胶换为结晶温度较低的顺丁胶),胶料优化后冷机怠速抖动的问题得以解决。

Analysis and Optimization of Idle Jitter of a Fuel Truck Under Low Temperature

【Abstract】The whole vehicle jitters abnormally when a fuel truck is idling under cold conditions(-20℃ or below). It is found that the low temperature crystallization of the right suspension compound of the engine causes the abnormal increase of stiffness,and the deterioration of suspension vibration isolation performance causes the whole vehicle jitter. By optimizing the formula of suspension compound(by replacing the original formula of butadiene rubber with cis-butadiene rubber with lower crystallization temperature),the problem of the idle jitter of the refrigerator can be solved after the optimization of the rubber.
