【摘  要】根据三相电压型逆变器结构,分别对比主动短路、全关和调制模式的差异,并仿真测试永磁同步电机驱动系统在3种模式下的输出特性,从电容电压、电机输出转矩两个维度进行分析,验证本文提出的调制模式在同步控制电容电压和输出转矩方面更适用于新能源汽车断电跛行回家。

The Study and Application of the PMSM Driving Motor System Limp Home Method

【Abstract】According to the structure of three-phase voltage inverter,the differences of ASC,SPO and the modulation mode are compared respectively and are verified through the simulation. The characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor driving system different in the three methods are evaluated in two dimensions of capacitor voltage,the output torque. It is proved that the modulation mode proposed in this paper is more suitable for new energy vehicles to limp home after power off.
