一种商用车无法正常熄火的电气故障排查思路和设计改进方案

【摘  要】从商用车的电气故障中挑选1例典型电气故障进行详细排查和分析，阐述产生故障的原因。通过原因分析，总结出2种可以避免类似问题的设计方案，提供一种设计思路，用以提高商用车的电气设计品质，降低故障率。通过此例问题的分析，也可以触类旁通，为其他类似设计提供思考方向。

Commercial Vehicle Unable to Turn off Normally

【Abstract】A typical electrical fault of commercial vehicle was selected and analyzed in detail，and the causes of the fault were described. Based on the analysis of the causes，two design schemes which can avoid similar problems are summarized，and a design idea is provided to improve the electrical design quality of commercial vehicles and reduce the failure rate. Through the analysis of this case，can also be analogy，for other similar design to provide thinking direction.
