自动触发式汽车短路保护报警装置设计与制作

【摘  要】该文首先通过如何巧用继电器设计制作简易短路保护装置入手，由简单到复杂，对该装置进一步改进和创新，从而设计出了一种自动触发式汽车短路保护报警装置，并对该装置的设计与制作过程进行了详细介绍，以便作为汽车或汽车维修教学接线台架的短路保护辅助装置。

Design and Manufacture of Automobile Short-circuit Protection Alarm Device with Automatic Trigger*

【Abstract】The paper starts with how to design and make a simple short-circuit protection device by using relays cleverly，and further improves and innovates the device from simple to complex，so as to design an auto short-circuit protection alarm device with automatic triggering，and the design and production process of the device is introduced in detail in order to be used as an auxiliary device of short-circuit protection for auto or auto maintenance teaching wiring frame.

汽车教学接线台架是汽车培训机构、技工院校、职业中专、职业院校汽车电路课程教学中非常常见的实习设备，在接线过程中锻炼学生动手能力的同时还能使学生在潜移默化中掌握电路的控制原理和检修方法，但是学生作为初学者，对电路并不熟悉，再加上部分学生粗心马虎等原因经常导致接线错误，引起线路发生短路，甚至烧坏接线台架，如果接线台架没有设计短路保护电路，容易引起接线台架烧坏，造成一定的经济损失，也不利于一体化教学。（剩余4662字）
