关于量产车型白车身溢胶问题的分析

【摘  要】某车型量产后，涂装车间焊装白车身100%存在溢胶问题，影响车身外观品质和打胶密封作业，PPM值异常高。本文将按照3824分析法则对溢胶问题进行充分分析，并制定出有效措施，以解决该车型溢胶问题。

【Abstract】After the production of a certain type of car，100% of the white body welded in the painting shop has glue overflow problem，which affects the appearance quality of the car body and glue sealing operation，and the PPM value is abnormally high. This paper will fully analyze the rubber Spill problem according to the 3824 analysis method，and formulate effective measures to solve the rubber Spill problem of this vehicle type.
