【摘  要】随着经济发展，生活水平提高，汽车保有量也在不断地提高，人们对个性化汽车的追求也愈发强烈。而投影灯以其小巧的结构和炫酷的光影效果也受到广大车友和汽车制造商的青睐。本文从投影灯的显示效果出发，阐述其在设计装配过程中发现的一些问题，分析原因并提出改善方案。

【Abstract】With the economic development and the improvement of living standards，the car ownership grows continuously. Customer's pursuit of personalized cars is becoming stronger and stronger. With its compact structure and cool light and shadow effect，Projection lamp is becoming more and more popular among customers and automotive manufactures. Taking the rear view mirror projection lamp as an example，starting from the display effect of projection lamp，this article expounds its main defects，causes and improvement schemes.
