【摘  要】为了评估动力电池用高压继电器生命周期内老化状态,确保能及时维修和检查高压继电器,提出不同时间窗口内电流负载计算方法和报警算法。此算法可以有效统计继电器使用周期内负载频谱,并且已经成功实施到一款高端新能源BMS中。

The High Voltage Contactor Aging Evaluation Algorithm Based on Load Calculation

【Abstract】In order to evaluate the aging state of high voltage relay used in power battery during its life cycle and ensure timely maintenance and inspection of high voltage relay,current load calculation method and alarm algorithm in different time windows are proposed. This algorithm can effectively count the load spectrum of the relay during its service life and has been successfully implemented in a high-end new energy BMS.
