【摘  要】继电器作为小电流控制大电流的保护器件,是汽车低压电路电源分配的重要电器件,用电器功能实现的重要组成部分,因为其特殊的结构,常常又是故障发生率高的零件之一。本文针对路试验证中发生的继电器失效情况,分析探讨故障原因,并提出解决办法,为后续继电器的优化和改善提供有力依据。

【Abstract】Relay,as a protection production for large current,is an important electrical part for low-voltage circuit power distribution in automobiles,and an important part of electrical function realization. Because of its special structure,it is one of the parts with high failure rate. In view of the relay failure in the road test certificate,this paper analyzes and discusses the cause of the failure,and puts forward the solution,which provides a strong basis for the optimization and improvement of the relay.
