AbstractFusarium is a type of fungus widely distributed in nature that can cause various damages to wheat,severely afecting its growth and development. It is currently the most important pathogen causing wheat yield reduction.The various mycotoxins that it secretes not only participate in the disease process as pathogenic factors,but also contaminate fod and feed,posing threats to human and animal health.In recent years,the emergence of Fusarium disease has been accelerated by climate change,agricultural practices and other factors,leading to an expanded scope of occurrnce.This has developed into an urgent problem that requires immediate atention. This paper outlined the research progress of the discovery of wheat Fusarium disease resistance genes,toxin mitigation,and strategies for controlling Fusarium disease,hoping to provide a reference for the scientific defense of wheat against Fusarium disease.
