烟秆生物炭对植烟土壤养分、烤烟生长发育及化学成分的影响

AbstractIn order to explore the effects of different application amounts of tobacco stem biochar on soil nutrients,growth and development and chemical composition in leaves of flue-cured tobacco,four treatments were set in this experiment as conventional fertilization(CK),and combined application of 1500kg⋅hm-2 (2 (T1), 3 000kg⋅hm-2(T2) and 4500kg⋅hm-2(T3) tobacco stem biochar on the basis of conventional fertilization.The physical and chemical properties of soil at diffrent development stages of flue-cured tobacco,the growth of tobacco plants and the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves were measured under diferent application amounts of tobacco stem biochar.The results showed that the application of tobacco stem biochar could significantly promote the growth and development of tobacco plants.At 45 days after transplanting,the contents of soil available phosphorus,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and total nitrogen in T2 treatment increased by 15.09% , (号 8.64% and 20.88% ,respectively,compared with CK,and the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar, nicotine,total nitrogen,potassium and aroma substances significantly increased and the chlorine content significantly decreased in flue-cured tobacco leaves.However,excesive application would reduce the promotion effect on the growth and dry matter accumulation of tobacco plants,and was not conducive to the coordination of chemical components and aroma quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves.In summary,the physical and chemical indexes of tobacco-planting soil treated with 3000kg⋅hm-2 tobacco stem biochar on the basis of conventional fertilization were more coordinated,and the quality and aroma quality offlue-cured tobacco leaves were the best.
