Effects water content and plant growth regulators on the ex vitro rooting effects tissue-cultured apple rootstock seedlings

Abstract： Taking tissue-cultured seedlings apple rootstock G935 as the test material， the effects different water contents and different concentrations plant growth regulators on the ex vitro rooting efect tissue-cultured seedlings when using vermiculite as the substrate were explored. The results showed that when the water content vermiculite was 28% ， the rooting rate tissue-cultured seedlings reached 68.67% 。（剩余4694字）
