Abstract:Inorder toimprove thecorrosion resistance and mechanical propertiesof7Nol Al alloy,themicrostructure, corosionresistance and mechanical propertiesof 7Nol Al ally in processing stage were studiedbythecombinationof electropulse solution treatment(EPT)and DC two-stage aging treatment.Theresultsindicate that afterEPT,the selfcorrosion current density of the 7No1 Al alloy sample decreases by 82.4% ,thereby enhancing its corrosion resistance,and althoughtheplasticityisfavorable,thereisareductioninstrength;Aftersubsequent DC,corrosionresistanceimproves by

69.4% compared to the untreated sample,and while thereis a slight grain growth,the strengthening phase is re-precipitated, giving a tensile strength higher than that after EPT alone. The EPT + DC process effectively enhances the microstructure and propertiesof the7Nolaluminumally,whichprovides theoreticalsupportand technicalreferencefortheelectricaltreatmentof metallic materials.
