摘 要：科技查新是服务科技创新的重要手段，传统科技查新的产品服务模式要适应新时代科技创新服务的要求，在坚持科技查新本质特征的基础上探索新的服务形式。从科技查新的历史演进和创新情报服务的辩证关系展开分析，围绕创新全链条针对性拓展科技查新服务创新的边界，构建了新时代科技查新服务创新的服务体系。

Research on the Architecture of Technology Novelty Search Products Based on Innovative Services

Abstract： Technological novelty search is an important means of serving technological innovation. The traditional product service model of technological novelty search should adapt to the requirements of technological innovation services in the new era， and explore new service forms based on adhering to the essential characteristics of technological novelty search. Starting from the analysis of the dialectical relationship between the historical evolution of Technological novelty search and innovative intelligence services， the research has targeted the expansion of the boundaries of Technological novelty search service innovation around the entire innovation chain， and constructed a product service system for the innovation of scientific and technological novelty retrieval services in the new era.
